Hi everyone, I am Nikita Agrawal. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur with a dual degree (B.Tech+ M.Tech) in Agricultural and Food Engineering. After college, I worked as an Associate Product Manager at LazyPay where my work revolved around improving user acquisition and retention. My love for the Indian startup ecosystem and product management led me to Swiggy where I’m currently working in the product team to solve intricate challenges and elevate consumers’ quality of life. I am also one of the co-founders of EcoDababa, a 100% biodegradable & leak-proof food packaging solution.

My passion for startups was inculcated during my internship at Blume ventures after 4th year of college. Before this internship, I had explored data science through my internship at Singularium Technologies and I had completed a research internship at the University of Maine in USA.

I love traveling, reading fictional and non-fictional books about product management & business, dancing, playing badminton, and chess. My friends and I would do our best to help you get started on your journey towards a great career.

Hi everyone, Aniket here. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. My journey into Computer Science began when I became a part of the web team of Kshitij (Tech Fest, IIT KGP), in my sophomore year. I was also the lead developer in TTG (Technology Transfer Group, IIT KGP) and was involved in creating the UG Research Portal, launched in 2018, for the efficient management of UG Projects in KGP. At the end of my pre-final year, I interned at Citicorp in their Pune office, while in my final year I interned with LinkedIn Corporation.

Post-graduation, I joined Intuit as a Software Engineer where I worked on TurboTax, the leading tax-accounting software in the US & Canada. After almost a year, my interest gradually piqued towards Distributed Systems as I stepped into Amazon and got a first-hand feel of the AWS stack. Upwards and Onwards, is something I believe in, which has helped me gain a wide range of experience into streams like Big Data, Web & Desktop Application Development, and Service-Oriented Architectural Patterns through my professional journey. Apart from work, I love traveling and adventures (trekking, hiking, etc.) and I am a big gaming enthusiast. Adding to that, I am a foodie as well 🙂

Hi folks, I am Aditi Kambli. I graduated  from IIT Kharagpur with a Dual Degree with B.Tech in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture and M.Tech in Financial Engineering in 2020. Straight out of college, I worked as a Management Consultant with EY Parthenon in their Global Education Practice in Mumbai. Large corporations and the way they carry out their business has always excited me. Hence, after a brief consulting experience, I migrated into an Operations role as a Manager, SFE at MSD Pharmaceuticals to pursue my interest in understanding the operations of a Fortune 500 company. Like my professional journey, my college journey was also filled with diverse experiences. At IIT Kharagpur, I was largely involved with the Robotics Club, IIT KGPs tech fest, its official PR Cell and the LeanIn Circle for women on campus. I got various opportunities to undertake diverse internships ranging from research internships abroad to interning with Deutsche Bank in their Global Markets Division. I am passionate about Technology and Entrepreneurship and have a keen interest in supporting education and welfare initiatives for women and children. I am a true Mumbaikar, who believes in rising everytime one faces a pitfall. In my free time, I love to learn different languages, travel, dance, explore different cuisines and meet new people.

Hey peeps, I am Rajshekhar Singhania. Like my friends Aditi, Nikita, and Aniket, I too graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2020 with a B.Tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering and M.Tech in Financial Engineering. When I got to know that the company I was supposed to join after my graduation has delayed my joining date, I decided to do an internship with Teach For India (https://www.teachforindia.org/) in their National Development team. I’ve always believed that education is the single biggest solution to a large number of problems that humanity is facing right now. This internship allowed me to explore a full-time career in the education space.

During my college journey, one of my beloved professors told me that one of the biggest reasons for India being called a third-world country is the lack of logistics and supply chain management capabilities in India. Intrigued by this, I decided to join a fast-growing third-party logistics startup Delhivery and I am currently working as a Senior Associate in their Enterprise Solutions team.

At IIT Kharagpur, I was briefly involved with the International Relations Cell before I decided to pursue my research interest in the field of Supply chain and Operations Research. I did a research internship at the University of Alberta and a corporate internship with Capital One in their Auto Finance division. Through Poppins Project, we hope to help as many of you as we can.
